中文摘要: 气固两相流流动参数的测量在工业生产与科学研究中有着广泛的应用。本申请项目主要针对气固两相流流体速度、浓度参数的测量问题,提出基于多探测点超声法气固两相流速度、浓度测量传感器,具有连续测量、无放射性、低成本、适应性强、无阻碍流动等特点,并对该测量传感器的基本测量理论及数据融合算法问题展开研究。理论上研究超声波测量存在固相物质的气固两相流时测量信号的衰减机理;分析不同气固两相流流型对超声法测量信号的影响情况;搭建实验平台,通过理论与实验结果分析构建多探测点的超声法气固两相流流速、浓度测量传感器;研究多探测点超声法测量信号信息融合处理算法,最终给出气固两相流流体速度、浓度测量值。本申请项目的研究成果为实现工业生产中较稳定的气固两相流流动参数测量传感器奠定理论基础与技术支持,并促进新型多相流流速、浓度测量仪表的发展。

英文摘要: The measurement of gas-solid two-phase flow parameters has been widely applied in industrial production and scientific research. Aiming at the problems of the measurement of the velocity and concentration parameter of gas-solid two-phase flow, a multi-probe point ultrasonic measurement sensor for velocity and concentration of gas-solid two-phase flow is proposed. This sensor can ensure that the flow measurement has the characters of continuous measurement, radiation-free, low cost, strong adaptability and unimpeded flow. In this project, the basic measuring theory of measuring sensor and data fusion algorithm are studied. Firstly, the mechanism of the signal attenuation during the ultrasonic measurement of gas-solid two-phase flow with the existence of solid material is investigated theoretically. Then the influence of different flow pattern of gas-solid two-phase flows on the ultrasonic measurement of signal is analized. And then an experimental platform is set up,and the multi-probe point ultrasonic measurement sensor is made with the analysis of theoretical and experimental results. Furthermore, the processing algorithm of information fusion based on the multi-probe point ultrasonic measurement data is studied. Finally, the measured values of the gas-solid two phase flow velocity and concentration are achieved. The research results of this project is to set up the theoretical foundation and to offer technical support to realize steady gas-solid two phase flow parameter measurement sensors for industrial production, and also to develop new instruments measuring the velocity and concentration parameters of gas-solid two-phase flow.
