中文摘要: 星载原子钟作为卫星导航系统测距的星上时间基准,又是导航系统有效核心荷载之一,其性能直接决定实际导航定位和时频传递精度。本项目主要针对我国北斗导航卫星系统(BDS)星载钟序列具有突发性、非连续性和精度分群性等异于其他导航系统的新特点,对其特性规律和钟差模型展开研究。项目首先基于实测BDS卫星钟数据,开展卫星钟时频特性变化规律研究,确立关键特性的数值计算模型,研究星载钟实时状态监测方法和理论,拟初步建立一套BDS星载钟的质量评价方法。其次针对目前BDS广播星历实时钟差模型没有兼顾星载钟自身特性、精度较低等局限性,研究一种能顾及星载钟噪声特性以及周期变化规律的自适应BDS钟差预报模型和算法,在不增加算法复杂度的前题下提高BDS钟差预报精度,为我国BDS广播钟差模型以及快速星历恢复和卫星自主导航等工作提供一定的理论基础。

英文摘要: The satellite clocks are the time datum on-orbit for measuring the distance in the satellite navigation system. They are also the key payloads of the satellite navigation system. Their performance directly affects the accuracy of navigation and position as well as time and frequency transferring. Considering the special characters of satellite clocks of BeiDou navigation satellite system (BDS) such as discontinuity and precision clustering, the quality variation and clock offset model of BDS satellite clocks are studied in this project. Firstly the real measured data of the BDS satellite clocks on-orbit are collected and the characteristics variations of the satellite clocks on orbit are studied. The numerical model of the key indexes are decided while the method and theory of satellite clocks monitoring in real-time are researched. In the end, the way to estimate the quality of the BDS satellite clocks is established. Secondly, in order to improve the prediction accuracy of BDS broadcast clock model, adaptive BDS clock prediction model and algorithm which considering the noise styles and period character of satellite clocks are proposed.
