中文摘要: 信息技术的发展,不断推动着煤矿安全管理的现代化,但现有的煤矿安全管理相关信息系统结构松散,数据多源异构,海量数据的存储、操作和共享困难,使得数据爆炸,信息贫乏的局面一直存在。为此,本项目拟集成煤矿安全管理理论、人工智能和知识管理等方法,尝试在煤矿安全领域引入本体,从分析煤矿安全领域的知识、概念、事件等入手,研究煤矿安全领域本体的构建方法,揭示煤矿安全涉及事物的信息的本原结构及属性特征,为煤矿安全领域信息、知识、模型处理提供统一的概念描述标准,构建煤矿安全本体知识库和基于本体的多源异构煤矿安全数据融合框架,并建立面向煤矿安全管理决策和信息检索的知识服务平台。一方面为海量的多源异构煤矿安全数据的融合和共享等问题提供解决方法和科学的理论依据,为提高煤矿安全信息管理水平和安全管理决策的科学性提供重要保障,另一方面也将丰富本体构建及其在数据融合方面的应用理论,拓展本体技术在煤矿安全领域的应用。

英文摘要: The development of information technology constantly promotes the modernization of coal mine safety management. But with loose structure, multi-source heterogeneous data, the existing coal mine safety management information systems have difficulties in data storage, operations, and share, which make the situation of data abundance, but information indigence. Therefore, integrated with mine safety management theory and artificial intelligence technology, this project tries to introduce ontology in the field of coal mine safety. Based on the analysis knowledge, concepts and events in the field of coal mine safety, the construction method of domain ontology of coal mine safety will be studied, which reveals original structures and properties characteristics of objects related to coal mine safety and provide a unified concept description model for them. Finally, on the foundation of ontology knowledge base and the multi-source heterogeneous data integration framework of coal mine safety, the coal mine safety management decision making and information retrieval knowledge service platform will be established. On the one hand, the research can provide solutions and scientific theoretical basis for the vast amounts of multi-source heterogeneous data integration and sharing of coal mine safety,and important guarantees to improve coal mine safety information management level and scientific safety management decision. On the other hand, it also can enrich the ontology construction and its application theory in the field of data fusion, and extend the application of the technology of ontology in the field of coal mine safety.
