中文摘要: 建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在众多方面极大地推动了行业自动化程度,比如高效、准确的设计,精确、实时的造价分析等。近年来通过对BIM数据的标准化研究,又大大提高了不同系统之间的协同性和互操作性。但是,现有的BIM技术仅仅停留在对数据和信息的处理层面,仅能支持流程的自动化,而不能处理行业知识,所以无法支持流程的智能化。本研究旨在探索通过融合知识本体(ontology)和BIM技术以促进建筑业相关流程的智能化程度的方法。本项目首先探索BIM智能化的理论和方法,并针对中国建筑业确立具体的发展战略和路线图。基于上述理论研究,本项目的主要工作是通过扩展和改造IFC数据结构,探索数据间的内在关系和约束,构建适合中国建筑业全行业范围的知识本体框架,并建立开放性共享数据平台,为中国建筑业及相关行业的智能化应用提供理论支持和数据基础。在此基础上,重点研究结合知识本体、规则、和BIM技术促进流程智能化的实现方法。

英文摘要: Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology has largely boosted the level of automation in many business processes, such as efficient and accurate design or real-time cost analysis and tracking. Recently, the level of interoperability between different systems (or professions) has been improved due to the large amount of research on data exchange standard such as IFC. However, the current BIM technology can only process data and information to support process automation, and it lacks the ability to process domain knowledge to support intelligent or smart processes. This research aims at the investigation of integrating ontologies and BIM technology to promote smart business processes in the construction industry. This research will first propose the theory and methodology for smart BIM, and estabilish the stretagy and roadmap for Chinese consturction industry towards integligent business processes. It then will expand and adapt IFC database and study the relations and constraints between major concepts to create a domain ontology framework to cover the whole Chinese construction industry, and develop an open platform to host this ontology framework to support all possible research activities or application development towards smart business processes.
