中文摘要: 易切削钢是重要的机加工、家电、汽车用钢,在国民经济中占有重要地位。目前国内外使用的易切削钢主要是Pb、S系列,主要问题是这些易切削元素既影响钢的质量、又污染环境,也严重损害操作人员的健康。因此迫切需要发展新一代的环境友好型易切削钢,从易切削机理上进行重大创新。本课题组前期的实验研究工作表明,BN易切削钢完全可以达到既改善钢材的切削性,又可以解决传统易切削钢对钢材质量和环境的不利影响。但是由于对BN型易切削钢的基础理论研究还是空白,严重影响了这种环境友好型易切削钢的发展。因此本申请拟对被称为"白色石墨"的BN易切削钢进行系统的基础理论和试验研究,深入研究和揭示BN粒子改善钢的易切削性能的机理,同时通过系统的理论计算和实验室试验,掌握B、N的控制和BN粒子改善易切削性的临界条件和变化规律,达到既改善易切削性,又不恶化钢的内部质量、同时减少环境污染的目的,使我国易切削钢的研发达到国际先进水平。

英文摘要: As an important material for national economy, free cutting steel is very useful for machining, household appliance and automobile. At present, free cutting steel is mainly divided into two categories: lead series and sulfur series. Non-metal elements deliberately added in those series decrease steel quality, pollute the environment and cause serious injuries to the health of operators. Thereby it is urgently required to make innovations on cutting mechanisms and develop a new generation of environment-friendly free cutting steel. Our research group's early stage of experiments indicate that BN free cutting steel not only can improve the cutting machinability but also avoid the negative effects on steel quality and the environment. However, due to the lack of foundational research that using BN as free cutting particle domestically and internationally, the development of this environment-friendly free cutting steel is severely restricted. Therefore, we apply for a systematic foundational theory study and experiment research of BN free cutting steel, to clarify the mechanism that how BN particles improve the cutting performance. Meanwhile, both the control of B and N content and the critical dimension and changing regularity of BN particle will be obtained by the systematic theoretical calculation and bench-scale
