中文摘要: 摘要:机桨一体化装置是随着吊舱技术的发展而出现在船舶电力推进领域中的新型推进形式,其在噪声、可靠性以及空间利用率等方面具有显著优势,但由于一体化装置的结构及运行工况复杂,涉及众多物理学科的交叉,它的设计和运行参数对电磁、温度和流体场及其相互间的耦合作用更为敏感,国内外针对一体化装置兼顾多场耦合的设计分析方法尚不成熟。本课题将多场耦合方法用于机桨一体化装置的分析与优化设计,首先建立装置的多场耦合模型,将全局耦合问题转化为各子系统间的耦联问题;然后,对现有软件进行二次开发,构建插值矩阵,解决耦合物理场间的数据交换问题。同时,为确保计算的准确性,对装置中的热源项及各流固界面的耦合参数进行计算;最后,得出一套适用于机桨一体装置设计的多场耦合分析方法,并研制样机进行试验验证。本课题提出的基于多场耦合的综合分析和设计方法,将弥补现有方法的不足,为形成更加系统和精确的机桨一体化设计体系提供理论基础。

英文摘要: Abstract: With the development of podded thrusters, Integrated Motor Propulsor (IMP) has been a novel propelling form in the field of electric power propelling, and it has notable advantages in noise、reliability and space use ratio. As the complex structure as well as working condition of IMP and its involving in the cross of multi-physics fields, its analysis and design parameters are more sensitive to the coupled effect of electromagnetic field, temperature field and fluid field, but the corresponding research method of IMP is immature in the world. This project intends to apply the multi-field coupled method to the analysis and optimization design of IMP. Firstly, the multi-field coupled model is established, and overall coupling is transformed to the coupling of each sub-system; then twice exploitation based on existing software is done and interpolation matrix is build to solve the data exchange problem between different coupled fields. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the calculation veracity, heat source and parameters of each fluid-solid coupled interface in IMP are calculated exactly; and finally, a set of multi-field coupled method suitable for IMP is obtained, and a prototype is manufactured to test the method above.
