中文摘要: 随着社会的发展,政府和企业对决策分析的要求越来越高,传统的决策理论与方法已经不能满足现代社会的发展需求。在传统的决策理论与方法中,决策者通过(0-1)标度或(1-9)标度用一个精确的数字来描述他们的偏好。由于政府和企业的决策环境变得错综复杂,导致了决策者用精确的数字来描述他们的喜好程度变得不可能。但是,决策者能够通过自然语言表达他们的情感,例如:很好、好、一般、差、极差等等,在这种情况下,就要求我们对语言变量下的决策理论与方法进行深入的研究。然而,语言变量运算法则是分析和集成不确定性决策信息的基础和关键,目前有序语言术语集还没有一套比较完善的运算法则。为此,本项目致力于对有序语言术语的代数结构进行研究。并在此基础上,研究有序语言术语集环境下的群决策方法及多属性决策方法。通过本项目的研究以期丰富和完善模糊决策的理论和方法,为解决语言环境下的决策问题提供有力的支持。

英文摘要: With the development of society, the requirement of the quality of decision analysis becomes higher and higher in both the government and the enterprise. And the traditional decision theory and method can't meet the demand of the development of modern society. In the traditional decision theory, decision makers usually express their preference by a precise number in (0-1) scale or (1-9) scale. For the decision environment of government and enterprise becoming complex, and using exact number to describe decision makers' preference has become impossible. However, decision makers can naturally express their feelings by their words, for example: best, good, fair, bad, worst, and so on. In this case, it is necessary to study the decision theory and method in the environment of language variables, and the algorithm of language variable is the key to analyze and integrate uncertain decision information. Up to now, there is no perfect algorithm of the ordered language terms set. Therefore, the project is to explore the algebraic structure of the term, and generate group decision method and multi-attribute decision method in the environment of the ordered language terms set.
