中文摘要: 柱塞泵是旋挖钻机液压系统的主要动力源,其运行状态直接影响到旋挖钻机施工质量。提取有效反映柱塞泵运行状态的特征是对其故障准确诊断,进而确保设备安全可靠运行的关键。旋挖钻机工况复杂多变,其柱塞泵常处于变载荷工作状态,尤其当钻孔作业中遭遇岩石时,其柱塞泵会遭受瞬时冲击载荷。然而,当前柱塞泵故障特征提取方法的研究大多是基于理想、稳定的载荷状态,与其实际工况环境差距较大。本项目通过分析变载荷下旋挖钻机柱塞泵非线性混沌特性,研究变载荷下旋挖钻机柱塞泵特征提取方法。构建能反映柱塞泵工况真实吸引子的最小重构相空间,获取能真实反映旋挖钻机柱塞泵动力学特征的混沌特征量;建立柱塞泵冲击载荷识别模型,分析冲击载荷下柱塞泵瞬态响应收敛性,以排除受冲击载荷干扰的信号;并提出基于变频采样自适应提升小波包K熵的柱塞泵特征稳定与提取方法,获取变载荷下稳定、有效的柱塞泵特征。为变载荷下旋挖钻机柱塞泵准确诊断奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: Plunger pump is the main power supply of hydraulic system in rotary drilling rig, the running state directly affects the construction quality of rotary drilling rig.The extraction of the characteristics which reflect running state of plunger pump is the key to accurate diagnosis for its faults, and ensuring safe and reliable operation of the equipment. Rotary drilling rig usually works in the complex and changeable working conditions, its plunger pump is often under variable load working state, especially when faced with rock in drilling operation of rotary drilling rig, the plunger pump will suffer instantaneous impulsive load. However,at present, the fault feature extraction method of plunger pump is studied under the ideal and stable load condition mostly, which is different from its actual working condition. Therefore,in this project, feature extraction method of plunger pump in rotary drilling rig under variable load is studied by analyzing nonlinear chaotic characteristics of plunger pump in rotary drilling rig under variable load. A minimum reconstruction phase space which can reflect true attractor of the plunger pump condition is constructed, and chaotic characteristics which can reflect dynamic characteristics of plunger pump in rotary drilling rig are obtained.
