中文摘要: 结合国内外虚拟血管介入手术培训系统中血管和导丝建模的研究现状和国家对相关技术的迫切需求,针对存在的关键科学问题,开展柔性血管建模和介入导丝建模研究。以突破制约我国虚拟现实技术与医疗有机结合的瓶颈为研究目标,深入探讨冠状动脉血管分割、柔性血管建模和介入导丝建模等方面的关键科学问题与技术。针对现有文献中血管建模方法不能兼具实时性和准确性的问题,本项目提出基于质点-弹簧的柔性血管建模方法;导丝是血管介入手术中最重要的手术器械之一,本项目提出基于多刚体动力学的导丝建模方法能够真实地模拟导丝与血管内壁之间的相互作用时的物理特性,该方法的提出有利于虚拟血管介入培训系统的实际临床培训应用。通过开展本项目的研究工作,有利于促进信息科学和医学的交叉融合、推进基于虚拟现实技术的手术培训系统的实用化,为我国迅速培养大批优秀的血管介入手术方面的医务人才。

英文摘要: According to investigation of present vascular and guidewire modeling research in vascular interventional surgery training system, we carry out study on it's key technologies, such as vascular modeling, medical image segmentation and 3D reconstruction, collision detection between catheter and blood vessels, to develop a prototype training system. For the vascular modeling method in the existing literature can not be both real-time and accuracy, in this project, mass-spring model (MSM) is adopted to simulate the vascular deformation. The guidewire is one of the most important surgical instruments in less invasive vascular interventional procedures. In this project, a modeling method based on multi-body dynamics is applied. So the physical characteristics of guidewires during interacte with vessel can be simulated realistically. Besides, this method can promote practical clinical application of virtual minimum invasive vascular interventional training system. The objectives of this project were to promote the intercross and fusion of information science and medicine, accelerate the practical progress of virtual vascular interventional surgery training system, and help to train a large number of medical doctors on vascular interventions.
