中文摘要: 石墨烯是一种拥有独特的二维晶体结构和优异的物理性能的新型纳米材料,具有重大的应用前景。目前国内外对该材料的研究处于高速发展阶段。为了探索石墨烯材料在纳米光电子领域的潜在应用价值,需要对其进行量子化和功能化,以克服其在常规溶剂中易团聚、分散性差,形状和尺寸难以统一的缺点。因而,本项目将开展功能型石墨烯超原子的可控制备、结构与性能表征和应用的研究工作。采用电化学方法一步实现石墨烯的量子化和功能化,通过元素掺杂和化学修饰技术以及控制反应条件,实现超原子尺寸、组分、形貌和光、电、热等物理特性的可控制备。研究超原子的尺寸、结构以及组分与其性能之间的关系,探索其作为一种新型的碳纳米材料在纳米光电子领域的潜在应用。该项目的确立将为功能型石墨烯超原子材料的制备和应用提供新知识和新技术,为研制新型器件提供新材料和新方法。

英文摘要: Graphene is a novel nano-material and has very important application prospect, owing to its unique two-dimensional structure and great physical properties. Nowadays, the study of 2D graphene nanosheets has been on the high-speed track. However, the easy aggregation and the poor dispersion of 2D graphene sheets in common solvents, along with the non-uniform size and shape limit its application in nano-optoeletronic device. To facilitate the application of graphene in such nanodevice, a promising approach is to convert the 2D graphene sheets into 0D grapheme quantum dots (GQDs) with function group. Therefore, this project intends to carry out controllable synthesis, structure and properties characterization and application research of functional graphene quantum dots. The electrochemical approach will be applied for direct preparation of functional GQDs. The method of doping other element or function group will be available for control of the optical and electrical properties of functional graphene quantum dots. The effect of components and microstructures as well as the morphologies on the properties will be discussed based on characterization. The applications of functional GQDs as a new nano-material in nano-optoeletronic field will be also studied. This project will provide new understanding and technique for
