中文摘要: 土钉支护广泛地应用于基坑开挖、道路边坡等领域,而传统的土钉支护材料-钢筋具有诸多弊端。纤维复合材料(FRP)在基坑开挖、道路边坡等土钉支护工程中的研究与应用相对落后。本项目研究FRP土钉材料的静动态力学性能与作用机理。根据岩土边坡稳定支护技术的特点,对FRP的组成、结构构造开展理论分析与室内试验,选型满足支护要求的绿色环保、轻质高强的纤维复合材料。基于不同的环境条件,对FRP杆体静动态拉、剪、弯力学性能测试和比较,得到FRP杆体强度规律;通过拉拔试验研究FRP杆体与砂浆体之间的静动态粘结力与作用机理;利用现场的土钉支护试验和监测,研究FRP土钉支护在现场的静动态力学特性及作用机理。新材料"十二 五"规划将高性能复合材料作为重点支持的六类产品之一,本项目研究将为FRP土钉支护的产品开发与应用提供理论基础与技术支持。

英文摘要: Soil nailing support is applied widely in some areas, such as road slope and excavation, the traditional soil nailing material,the steel, has many disadvantages. The study and application of fiber reinforcement plastic (FRP) in those soil snailing support structure are laggard. The project study on static and dynamic mechanical properties and mechanism of FRP soil nailing. Based on the characteristics of support technology on rock and soil slope stability, research a new green environmental FRP soil nailing material with light weight and high strength,and to get the FRP material with suitable properties,theory analysis and laboratory test are done on the composition and structure construction of FRP.Based on different environmental conditions, test and compare static and dynamic mechanical properties of the FRP bar tensile,shear,bending, and get the strength law of FRP bar;Study the static and dynamic bond strength and mechanism between FRP bar and the mortar by the pullout test;Study static and dynamic mechanical properties and mechanism of FRP soil nailing in the field by site testing , monitoring and measuring soil nailing support structure.High performance composites will be one of the six categories of key support products in "12th Five-Year Plan" of new materials.The project aims at providing theoretical b
