中文摘要: 拜城油鸡是新疆特有的地方良种。本研究拟通过去势这一手段,并结合与AA肉鸡的对比,研究拜城油鸡肌肉组织生长发育遗传的分子机制。本研究随机选取150窝全同胞拜城油鸡公鸡,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,采取同时去势,分阶段、分批屠宰测定的方法,通过生产性能测定、肉质分析,对比去势组与对照组鸡在肌肉生长发育及相关指标上的差异,同时与AA肉鸡进行比较。在此基础上通过基因芯片分析、荧光定量PCR等技术方法测定影响肌肉组织生长发育的基因的表达变化规律,研究去势与不去势的拜城油鸡及不同品种间鸡的肌肉组织在不同时期基因表达调控水平上发生的变化。通过对本研究结果的综合分析,研究与拜城油鸡肌肉生长发育这一重要经济性状密切相关的功能基因的遗传表达调控规律及其在分子水平上的调控机制,为进一步的育种及生产工作奠定基础,提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Baicheng Fatty Chicken is a unique local breed in Xinjiang. In this study, castration method will be used to study the molecular genetic mechanisms of muscular growth and development in Baicheng Fatty Chicken and combined with a comparison with the AA broiler. One hundred and fifty broods of male Baicheng Fatty Chicken will be randomly selected for the experiment and divided into control group and test group. The castration will be performed at the same time and the chickens will be slaughtered and measured at different stages separately. The rules and differences of muscular growth and development will be compared and studied among the different treatments and the AA broiler by the production performance test and meat qualitative analysis. On this basis, microarray analysis and quantitative real-time PCR will be performed to examine and study the expression changes in the regulatory level and the molecular regulation mechanism of the genes which in different periods, different treatments and different breeds. Through a comprehensive analysis of the results in this study, the rules and regulation mechanism of the muscular growth and development of Baicheng Fatty Chicken, the important economic traits which is closely related to functional genetic expression and regulation will be studied at the molecular level,
