中文摘要: 微针系统疗法中不同疗法有各自的优势和特点,但对各疗法优势病种的定位相对模糊,即使同一种疗法的选穴方法亦不尽相同。微针系统疗法的文献种类及数量庞杂,缺乏系统的评价及研究。随着微针系统疗法的迅速发展,各疗法的优势病种及用穴规律是亟待探索的科学问题。本项目拟以现有刺灸法效应特异性数据挖掘研究为基础,继续采用现代数据挖掘技术对微针系统疗法的文献进行研究。收集微针疗法的相关文献,建立专业的文献数据库,使之发挥有效的数据挖掘能力;从不同微针疗法与病症、选穴的关系以及不同选穴处方与疗效的关系等方面着手,重点挖掘各微针系统疗法的优势病种及用穴规律;通过平行对比分析各微针疗法间、同一微针疗法各体系、流派之间的文献信息的异同。旨在完善微针系统的基础理论,总结微针系统疗法的临床应用规律,为临床医生主动选择最佳微针疗法、最佳微针用穴治疗不同病症提供依据,以提高临床疗效。

英文摘要: Different advantages and characteristics exist in different kinds of micro-needle therapy system (MTS). However, the positioning of suitable indications for different therapies is relatively obscure, as well as the acupoint selections in just one therapy. Literature on MTS, categories and quantity of which are large and chaotic, are short of systematical evaluation and research. With the rapid development of MTS, it is a scientific problem to solve urgently that suitable indications and acu-point selections in different therapies. Based on on-going study on data mining of effect specificity of needling and moxibustion method, this project is to do research on literature of MTS by modern data mining technology. Collect MTS related literature, establish professional database, which is made to play an effective role of data mining. Starting from relations among MTS,indications and acu-point selections, as well as between different acu-point prescriptions and curative effects, we will focus on mining suitable indications and acu-point selections MTS. And by parallel comparison, analyze the similarities and differences of literature information among different therapies of MTS, and also in one therapy of different systems and schools. All these are aimed to improve the basic theory of MTS, and to summarize clinical application laws, in order to provide evidence for doctors to take the initiative to choose the optimal therapies and acu-points for different diseases, the ultimate aim of which is improve the efficacy.
