中文摘要: 海洋石油开发是减少中国原油进口、提高能源安全的重要措施。海洋钻井平台在海洋石油工程中发挥了关键作用。从系统与控制角度看,它是一类强耦合、多输入多输出的非线性系统,生产中需要多个运动部件在任务空间中协同工作。本课题面向这类复杂的非线性动力学系统,开展应用基础理论研究,拟构建一种全新的海洋半潜式钻井平台任务空间分布式协同控制理论框架,克服系统不确定性和随机干扰影响,实现系统高品质控制。课题将深入探索任务空间协同误差和交叉耦合误差定义新方法;研究钻井平台系统任务空间分布式协同跟踪控制器综合与分析理论;依托石油工程教育部重点实验室开展实验研究,将所得理论成果应用于大型海洋钻井平台实验装置,验证理论方法的正确性和有效性。本课题以解决半潜式钻井平台分布式协同控制前沿理论问题为目标,预期研究结果具有一定的普适性,能够揭示钻井平台系统分布式协同控制设计的一般规律,具有较高学术价值和应用前景。

英文摘要: Offshore oil development is an effective manner to reduce the crude oil imports and improve energy security in China. The offshore drilling platforms have played the key roles in oil engineering. From the system and control perspective, the semi-submersible drilling platform is a class of strongly coupled, multiple input and multiple output nonlinear system, which requires the moving parts to work cooperatively in the task space. Towards this type of complex nonlinear dynamical system, the proposal will carry out the applicable basic theory research and construct a new distributed task space cooperative control framework for offshore semi-submersible drilling platform to cope with the system uncertainty and stochastic disturbance. Finally, it will achieve the high quality control for these systems. It will be explored deeply in the following areas: the new definitions of cooperative error and cross coupling error in task space, the theory of synthesis and analysis for distributed task space cooperative control, the experiments and applications in the offshore semi-submersible drilling platform experimental device provided by the Petroleum Engineering Key Laboratory of Ministry of Education. The purpose of this proposal is to solve the frontier control theory in the distributed cooperative control for offshore semi-submersible drilling platform. It will have some generality and can reveal the general rules in the design of the distributed cooperative control, which has the positive scientific significance and long-term practical value.
