中文摘要： 本项目研究珠三角地区农民工社会关系网与其收入分化之间的动态关系。尝试从社会网络定义出发，将农民工、企业雇主和网络内同伴成员的利益决定纳入一个整体框架，研究社会关系网影响农民工工资的动态作用机制和程度。在理论研究中，项目组适当融合和解析农民工就业中的信息扩散和学习机制，分析农民工社会网络结构和网络内信息的传递、扩散及学习等互动行为对其人力资本积累、劳动绩效和工资分化的影响机制；在实证研究中，采用分组对比实验方法测定社会网络结构特征及其对农民工人力资本积累、职业流动和工资的影响程度。 在如下方面体现创新性：第一，首次尝试采用跟踪调查实验的方法研究农民工社会网络内的互动行为及其收入分化。第二，采用新的研究视角将农民工工资的动态决定过程嵌入于社会网络分析框架，探讨不同类型社会资本对农民工工资的动态影响。第三，社会网络分析方法在收入决定领域的融会贯通，适当融合学习模型和扩散模型。

英文摘要： The research project investigates the dynamic relation between income divides of migrant workers and social network in the Pearl River Delta. This research attempts to bring the three agents that is the migrant worker, the employer and the peer into a complete framework so as to analyze the dynamic determining mechanisms and extents of impact on the wage of migrant workers based on the conception of social network. In terms of theoretical study, we would like to appropriately combine and disentangle the mechanisms of diffusion and learning, which is a comprehensive analysis on the structure of social network and the internally interactive actions of information conveying, diffusion and learning for migrant workers and the determining mechanism of human capital accumulation, labor performance and the wage divides. In terms of empirical study, an experiment using the method of dividing two groups would be conducted for investigating the estimated extents of social network influencing the human capital stock, occupational mobility and the wage of migrant workers. Three possible innovative points can be outlined as follows: First, a pioneering attempts on a tracking survey using the method of field experiments would be conducted for investigating the interactive action of agents within social network and the income divides. Second, this research lies in a novel perspective for embedding the actions of social interaction into an analytic framework, thus diverse types of social capital influencing migrant workers would be documented. Third, a combined linkage would be made for analyzing the determinants of the income of migrant workers. Learning model and Diffusion model are appropriately combined.
