中文摘要: 电压传输比较低是制约矩阵变换器应用的关键因素之一,而机场微电网(115V 400Hz级)电压等级较低,单相设备居多,研究机场用三相-单相矩阵变换器很有意义。本课题针对机场用三相-单相矩阵变换器功率解耦拓扑、闭环控制策略、并网技术等方面展开以下研究:1)提出不同类型的三相-单相矩阵变换器功率解耦方法,设计脉动功率吸收单元;2)研究变换器输出频率、输出功率与功率解耦单元参数的关系;分析功率解耦单元参数对输入电流谐波含量的影响,并研究应用场合与功率解耦单元形式之间的关系;3)提出一种基于虚拟直流信号反馈的双闭环控制策略,建立基于该策略的三相-单相矩阵变换器复数域模型,研究其自适应性和动态响应速度;并进一步研究推导虚拟等效电路的开关管调制表达式,优化PWM调制策略;4)探索三相-单相矩阵变换器输入、输出解耦技术与虚拟逆变控制技术相结合的并网方法,为矩阵变换器的并网控制提供了技术基础。

英文摘要: Low voltage transfer ratio of Matrix Converter(MC) is one of the key factors restricting its application. In some situations, such as airport fields, the voltage class is relative low(115V 400Hz) and most of the equipments used there are single-phase supplied. Consequently, It becomes truly meaningful to do the research of the matris converters, which are three-phase input and single-phase output. The following research work about power decoupling, closed-loop control methods, and technology of grid-connected of MC will be developed : 1) Presenting the different power decoupling circuits for different three-phase to single-phase topologys of MCs, and designing the power compensation units of them; 2) Researching the relationships between the parameters of power decoupling units and the output frequency and the output volume of MCs, analyzing the harmonic compoments of the input current of MCs inproved by power decoupling units, and the approprate power decoupling units used in different situations; 3)Proposing a novel closed-loop control strategy based on virtual DC signals’s feedback,deducing the complex model of MCs controlled by this strategy;Analyzing its improved dynamic characteristics and the quick following feature;the modulation equations of switches in the virtual equivalent circuit of it,and the o
