中文摘要: 通过偶联反应形成碳碳键或碳氮键是现代有机合成中非常有效的手段,一直以来,钯配合物用作催化剂成为人们的首选。然而钯催化剂昂贵的价格、较大的毒性和易在产品中残留等缺点限制了它在工业生产如药物合成中的应用。本项目拟采用金属粉末或金属氧化物代替传统的钯催化剂,考察不同价态、粒径和形态的金属催化剂对反应选择性的影响,整个催化过程尽可能不使用配体,反应在聚乙二醇等介质中进行,反应后处理简单(直接用乙醚提取),且催化剂体系容易循环使用,最终将这一方法学应用到其它偶联反应和活性化合物的合成中去。新的催化体系性能稳定,成本低廉,操作方法简单,这为以后相关偶联反应在大规模合成中的应用提供可能。

英文摘要: The formation of C-C or C-N by couplings is one of the most effective methods in modern organic synthesis. All the time, palladium complexes are the preferred among the chemists. However, the drawbacks of the Pd catalyst systems, such as high cost and toxicity, limit their massive applications on the industrial scale. In this project, we will try to use metal powders or metal oxides instead of traditional palladium catalysts. Various valences, sizes and appearance of the metal catalysts were investigated in the reaction. During the catalytic process, the reactions were performed in PEG in the absence of ligand. It is noteworthy that the workup of the reactin is very simple (exctraction using diethyl ether)and the catalytic system could be easily reused. Finally, this methodology could be applied to other couplings and the synthesis of active compounds. The novel catalytic system is stable, low-cost and practical, which will be used in lager-scale synthesis.
