中文摘要: 社交媒体对企业实现价值创造的重要性受到学者和企业界的重视。在移动服务高速发展之下,微信成为新兴的社交媒体王。本课题从组织层面探讨微信技术使用和策略匹配的作用机制。研究问题包括:1)微信技术使用,以及微信技术与企业策略匹配包含哪些维度,如何测量;2)微信技术及与策略匹配对企业价值创造的影响机制如何?本课题以服务型企业为对象,以深入的案例分析和后续多企业问卷调研探讨影响微信使用与策略匹配如何通过营销过程(B2C)和关系管理过程(B2B),提升企业价值。本课题对探索微信技术对企业价值提升的作用机理,帮助企业有效利用微信承载的6亿用户的巨大商业价值,增强企业利用社交媒体提升管理水平能力,实现竞争优势将有重要意义。

英文摘要: Social media is important for companies' value creation realization, therefore gained the scholars and the business community's attention. Under the rapid development of mobile services, Wechat becomes a new social media king. This research was designed to examine the mechanism of Wechat technolgoy use in organizational level. Research questions include: 1) What is the definition and dimensions of WeChat technology use and technology strategy alignment, and how should them be measured? 2) What is the mechanism of the influence of the WeChat technology use and strategy alignment on the Enterprises' value creation. The study will use in-depth case studies and subsequent multi-enterprise questionnaire survey to investigate the effects the alignment effect through B2C and B2B value creation process, and its impact on enterprise value creation. This study will help to have a deeper understanding on the mechanism of how social media can do to promote the Enterprises' value, and help to improve the management level and competitive advantages.
