英文摘要: Using the functionalized metal complexes as building blocks based on the basic principles of supramolecular chemistry and coordination chemistry, nano-assembly of metal complexes was successfully achieved. The relationship between the structure and magnetic properties and phosphorescence was discussed in details. We investigated the application in phosphorescence imaging in vitro and magnetic resonance imaging in vivo, and the modulation of multi-color phosphorescence. Magnetic nanomaterials were synthesized with a thermal decomposition approach and then functionalized by adopting ligand exchange method. The obtained multifunctional nanoparticle platform was used for multifunctional imaging. Furthermore, the cell cytotoxicity, endocytosis dynamics and biodistribution, etc. were all investigated.
