中文摘要: 在Mikron Ucp600 五轴高速加工中心上,用聚晶金刚石等刀具对预拉伸航空铝合金进行高速干铣削,用立方氮化硼等刀具对硬度为57HRC 的淬火刚进行硬干铣削试验。建立基于虚拟仪器平台的多传感器信号采集软硬件系统,采集干切削过程中的声发射、振动和温度等信号,用小波变换(包括提升小波)、短时傅立叶变换以及小波包频段能量法,进行信号处理,提取出能够反映不同加工效果(粗糙度、加工稳定性等)和各种加工状态包括刀具的磨损、破损等危险情况的特征信号,从而,可以通过在线采集的加工过程信号,来预测和评价加工结果和加工状况,据此能够优化工艺参数;设计制造一个以电液数字阀为中心的,少量冷却润滑闭环模糊控制系统,自适应地提供0.1-1升/分钟流量的满足加工要求的切削液,进行铝合金的高速准干切削试验,可以将加工温度控制在设定的温度,实现了控制切削温度和减少切削液用量的双重目的。冷却润滑和加工效果优于MQL(最少润滑),接近正常湿式润滑,冷却液的消耗量却大大降低,从而解决高速干切削过程监控和准干切削效果欠佳的问题。

英文摘要: The aluminium alloy is dry machined ,and with high speed on the Mikron Ucp600 maching center,by using PCD tools.The quenching steel whose hardness is 57HRC,is dry turned and hard milled on NC lathe and NC center by using CBN tools.The multi-sensor signal gathering system,based on Labview,gather the temperature, Acoustic emission (AE) and vibration signals in the process of dry machining.The signals is treated by wavelet transform(including lift wavelet transform),wavelet package transform and short fourier transform ,so that, the different machining result,such as roughness,stability of process,and the wearness and breakness of tools will be indicated,and then we can value and predict the machining condition and result by gathering and treating signals online,so the machining parametres can be optimized by this way.A little quantity colding and lubricating closed loop fuzz control system whose central part is a electro-hydraulic digital valve,is constructed to adaptive provide suitable cutting fluid(0.1-1liter/minute) which can satisfy the machining requirment.so that both temperature and quantity of coolant is controlled.All this system will help to solve the problem of measurement and Control of high speed machining,and shortcoming of quasidry machining.
