中文摘要: 磷光功能化的共轭聚合物通过对铱配合物客体和共轭聚合物主体的结构修饰和剪裁,可以实现有效的能量传递,已经被成功应用于发光二极管。大量的研究工作证明,这是一类性能优异的半导体材料。我们利用这类材料丰富的光物理性质,通过化学的方法将识别单元引入到磷光共轭聚合物分子中,实现了基于铱配合物的化学与生物探针,拓展了这一类材料的应用。主要结果和意义:1.实现了信号放大,获得了高灵敏度的聚合物磷光探针;2. 利用检测对象的加入对主/客体之间能量传递的影响,实现了比度法检测及肉眼识别,有效提高了检测灵敏度;3. 实现了水溶性磷光探针;4. 证明可以利用磷光寿命长的特点,采用时间分辨的方法排除检测物的背景荧光干扰。

英文摘要: Phosphorescent polymers, in which efficient energy transfer can be realized by modifying the structure of iridium complex guest and the polymer host, have been successfully applied in the light-emitting diodes. It has been demonstrated that polymers containing iridium complexes are promising optoelectronic materials. Due to rich photophysical properties, excellent chemo/bio-sensors based on iridium(III) complexes are expected. In this project, phosphorescent probes with high sensitivity have been realized because of the signal amplification effect of conjugated polymers. Secondly, ratiometric probes have been realized by the influence of analytes on the energy transfer efficiency. Thirdly, water-soluble phosphoresent probes, which can be used in pure water system, have been prepared and investigated.Finally, it has been demonstrated that the relatively long lifetime of phosphorescence can make their luminescence easily separated from fluorescent backgrounds and consequently the signal-noise ratio can be increased.
