中文摘要: 社会秩序问题是社会计算研究的核心问题,社会问题网络化和网络问题社会化使得信息社会的社会失序问题日益突出。针对现有社会计算研究缺乏统一的社会与技术交互融合的社会计算理论,难以解决社会活动普适动态性和计算系统相对确定性之间固有矛盾的现状,本项目结合计算科学与社会科学方法,围绕“融合社会科学和计算科学的对社会秩序的计算表达和社会理解”这一关键科学问题,开展社会计算理论和方法的创新研究:构建围绕社会秩序的社会与计算互动融合核心理论,以统一的社会计算体网来建模和理解社会秩序的形成和演化规律;提出交互式模型驱动的社会计算系统设计与开发方法,融入活动理论实现社会计算系统与社会活动的动态自适应;提出社会多协作交互的社会计算系统方法,融合社会机制与计算系统以支持有序的社会交互与协作;提出定性和定量融合的社会计算分析方法,结合宏观和微观视角来全面分析群体社会行为;并搭建公共政策辅助决策平台进行应用验证。

英文摘要: The core issue of social computing is social order, which has become increasingly prominent with social problems going online and network problems going offline. The existing social computing research is lack of a unified social-technical theory and is facing the challenging contradiction between the dynamic nature of social activities and the relatively certain characteristics of computing systems. To solve this problem, this proposal combines computational science and social science to conduct innovative research on social computing theory and methods under the key scientific problem the computational expression and social understanding of social order with the combination of social science and computing science: Building interactive and integrated social-technical core theory around social order, and presenting a unified social computing object network to model and understand the formation and evolution of social order; Interactive model driven social computing system design and development methods are proposed to achieve dynamic adaption of computing systems to social activities by merging activity theory; Socially interactive and multi-collaborative social computing system method is designed and social mechanism is integrated into computing system to support orderly social interaction and collaboration; social computing analytical method combining qualitative and quantitative is proposed to analyze collective social behavior from both of the macro and micro perspectives; At last public policy decision support platform is designed for the verification of their applications.
