中文摘要: 硫沉积是含硫气藏开发面临重要难题之一。随着储层温度压力的降低,元素硫会从含硫天然气中析出,如气流无法携带析出的元素硫,则其会沉积堵塞储层孔隙。准确判断元素硫在储层中析出位置、分析析出元素硫在储层孔隙中运动力学特征及硫沉积动态分布预测方法的研究就显得非常重要。因此,本项目首先基于元素硫在含硫天然气中溶解度实验研究,应用物理化学原理,建立不同温度压力范围下,元素硫在不同组分含硫天然气中溶解度关联式,揭示元素硫从含硫天然气中析出的规律。其次,基于颗粒运动力学理论,建立储层孔隙中硫颗粒运移力学模型,分析析出元素硫在储层孔隙中受力情况及运动力学特征。最后,结合油气渗流理论及气藏工程原理,建立考虑析出元素硫动态沉积的含硫气藏储层伤害模型,计算含硫气藏近井地带析出元素硫动态分布随时间的变化规律。该项目可为含硫气藏高效科学开发提高重要的技术支持,特别对含硫气藏元素硫动态沉积预测方法的建立具有重要理论价值。

英文摘要: Elemental sulfur deposition is one of the most important problems in the development of sour gas reservoir. Elemental sulfur may precipitate from sour gas with reservoir temperature and pressure decreasing. Pores in reservoirs may be blocked if gas can not carry precipitated sulfur. Therefore, it is important to predict the position of elemental sulfur depoition in those pores; and to build a method of predicting sulfur dynamic deposition and distribution in a sour gas reservoir.In order to increase the accuracy of prediction, this project mainly focuses on three parts. Firstly, based on the solubility experiment of elemental sulfur in sour gas as well as physical and chemical theories, the relationship between sulfur solubility and sour gas composition under different temperature and pressure is presented and the rule of elemental sulfur precipitation is revealed. Secondly, movement mechanics model of elemental sulfur is built on the basis of particle movement mechanics theory, and then the stress conditions of precipitated sulfur and dynamics characteristics are analyzed. Finally, with the dynamic deposition of elemental sulfur being taken into consideration, a sour gas reservoir damage model is established based on oil/gas percolation theory and gas reservoir engineering principle, and the dynamic distributio
