中文摘要: 离子液体因其独特的溶剂特性而被认为是“绿色”的,广泛应用于生物催化、有机合成、清洁能源、萃取分离等领域,其潜在的生态毒性、生物降解性及环境友好离子液体的设计与合成逐渐引起人们的重视。本项目拟采用可再生物质为原料,通过简单中和反应合成一系列胆碱类离子液体,以代表性农作物玉米为研究对象,分别采用水培和土培的方式,探讨新型胆碱类离子液体对玉米组织伤害、光合特性及活性氧代谢的影响规律;同时,结合传统咪唑和吡啶类离子液体对玉米的毒性之研究,明确不同阴阳离子组成及结构与离子液体毒性的定量构效关系;借助差异蛋白质组学技术,揭示离子液体影响玉米生长的内在机理。

英文摘要: Ionic liquids have regarded as “green” due to their unique solvent properties. They have showed widely application potential in various fields such as biocatalysis, organic synthesis, clean energy, extraction and separation. Their potential ecotoxicity and biodegradation, design and synthesis of environmentally friendly ionic liquids have gradually attracted great attention. In this project, a series of cholinium ionic liquids are synthesized via simple acid-base neutralization from renewable raw materials. Maize, which is a major field crop, is cultured in hydroponic and soil media respectively for investigation of the effects of cholinium ionic liquids on tissue damage, photosynthetic characteristics and active oxygen metabolism. At the same time, the effects of traditional imidazolium and pyridinium ionic liquids on maize are also studied for a good knowledge of quantitative structure-activity relationships between toxicity and different ions components. In addition, differential proteomics is performed to reveal the internal mechanism of ionic liquids on maize growth.
