中文摘要: 本项目旨在研究Krylov子空间理论与方法,以解决非均匀干扰环境下的多通道信号检测问题。通过研究Krylov子空间的结构、特性、迭代算法和稳定收敛理论,建立Krylov子空间、干扰特征空间与检测信号之间的内在联系,提出基于Krylov子空间的非均匀多通道信号检测理论与新方法。在此基础上研究干扰非均匀性对检测性能的影响,研究将Krylov子空间多通道信号检测理论应用于普通相参阵列、MIMO阵列和分布式阵列的不同算法。并通过对仿真和实测数据的处理,验证其处理性能,为其在阵列雷达、阵列声纳和超声等阵列信号处理中的应用奠定理论基础。该项目的研究,不仅在矩阵子空间理论和迭代算法上具有重要的科学意义,而且可以解决非均匀环境下训练数据少,全维多通道处理运算量大且性能急剧下降、普通子空间处理算法性能差的难题,可以满足我国军事和民用的急需,在军事侦察、医疗检测等领域均具有非常广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要: This project studies the challenging problem of multichannel signal detection in nonhomogeneous enviroments by utilizing Krylov subspace theories. Krylov subspace theory renders a new perspective into the multichannel signal detection problem. It provides insights into the relationship between the eigensubspaces of the disturbance and the signal vectors to be detected. By exploring the related properties of Krylov subspace, novel Krylov subspace-based detection methods are proposed in this project. The effects of nonhomogeneous disturbance and different array stucture (e.g. general coherent array, MIMO array and distributed array) on the performance of proposed Krylov subspace-based methods will be investigated by conducting theoretical analysis and extensive real-data experiments. These studies can provide a solid theoretical foundation for designing and evaluating Krylov subspace-based detection methods and for their applications to radar, sonar and ultrasonic array signal detection. The research of this project not only enriches the subspace theories for array signal processing, but also proposes detection methods that can considerably improve the detection peformance as compared with traditional full-dimensional and subspace methods.
