中文摘要: 随着目前人口红利的逐渐耗尽和刘易斯拐点的到来,面向劳动密集型的高新产品制造面临巨大挑战。本项目以TFT-LCD制造企业为研究样本,通过实地测量、调查等大量行为学实验以及理论研究基础上的实证研究,探讨不同学习效应形态模式以及学习遗忘、学习退化规律对调度效果的影响,研究操作者不同禀赋、知识背景、情境特征下对调度作用路径、影响机制和价值内涵。构建基于学习效应下TFT-LCD制造Array、Cell和Module不同工段调度模型及优化算法,并在中国情境下探讨管理者有限理性决策机制。本项目考虑管理者与制造现场场景融合,操作者参与和体验产生的TFT-LCD制造决策新问题、行为调度新机理及行为运作管理新方法,打通生产调度与人力资源管理、行为经济学和心理科学的界线,为构建行为调度管理理论方法体系提供重要的基础和实际案例标本,为发展行为运作管理提供理论基础和方法指导。

英文摘要: With the depletion of the demographic dividend and the arrival of the Lewis turning point, the labor-intensive high-tech products manufacturing company will face enormous challenges.This project to the TFT-LCD manufacturing companies as samples will explore production scheduling models affected by different form modes of learning effects , as well as learning forgotten, learning of the deterioration ,through field measurements and surveys, a large number of acts of experimental and theoretical study on the basis of empirical research .This project will also study the scheduling pathway, mechanisms and value of content from different endowments of operators as well as different background knowledge and situational characteristics. As a result from different production section such as Array,Cell and Module it will build scheduling model and optimization algorithm based on the learning effect of TFT-LCD manufacturing .The bounded rational decision-making mechanism by managers is also discussed in the Chinese context. On the other hand this project will consider the scene of managers and manufacturing site integration, participation and experience of the operators generated by TFT-LCD manufacturing decisions, and try to find the behavior scheduling mechanism and new methods of behavior operation and management, to
