中文摘要: 随着移动互联网及新型显示技术的快速发展,现有的电源系统难以适应未来智能手机、平板电脑等下一代移动信息终端产品对高集成度和高效率的需求。单电感多输出直流电源变换技术成为系统芯片集成电源方案的重点研究方向,引起了学术界广泛的关注。由于该技术利用电感的能量共享会带来交叉干扰和纹波的增加、转换效率的降低等系列问题。虽经过多年努力,双输出变换器的性能已有明显提升,仅在输出动态调整速率方面还有待提高,但对三输出及以上的变换器,其转换效率、输出纹波、交叉干扰等性能依然没有改善,其根本原因是对单电感多输出变换器的机理尚清晰。本项目将在课题组对单电感双输出变换器研究基础上,通过深入研究多输出变换器架构及完整模型、建立精确的系统传递函数,探明多输出变换器的能量转换机理,通过优化结构和元件参数,找到合理的能量转换控制方法,使各性能指标满足系统应用的需求,为实现单电感多输出直流电源变换器全集成的系统芯片奠定基础。

英文摘要: With the fast development of mobile Internet and new display technology, ordinary power system is now difficult to meet the requirements of the next generation portable information terminal products such as smartphones, microcomputers which need low power consumption and high level of integration. Single-inductor multiple-output converters, as a key research trend of integrated power supply solution for system-on-chip, have aroused wide attention among academic community. However, because of sharing energy of the only inductor, it brings a series of problems including the cross-regulation among different outputs, the increase of voltage ripples, and the decrease of conversion efficiency. In recent years, most of the performance indicators in single-inductor dual-output converters are improved significantly, but the dynamic change rate of output voltages remains to be raised to a higher level. If there are more than three outputs, the performance, such as conversion efficiency, voltage ripple, and cross-regulation, degrades greatly, yet the mechanism of which is still not clear.
