中文摘要: 利用强色散光学谐振器结构进行光学传感是目前光器件领域研究的热点课题,有利于实现小型化、高灵敏度的光学传感器件。这方面研究的不足体现为:忽视透射率、输入光调制方式等对传感特性的影响;传感特性随待测变量变化;传感灵敏度频率分布不均;均可导致传感结果误差大甚至传感失效,严重限制了该项技术的发展和应用。本项目基于耦合谐振器感应透明结构透射率高、色散设计灵活、结构简单等优点,研究基于其色散的传感特性,具体内容包括:揭示其结构参数对色散的影响机理和规律,获得构建强色散的方法;建立基于其色散的传感理论模型,分析传感过程中色散和传感特性的变化规律;优化其传感特性。本项目旨在揭示耦合谐振器感应透明结构的色散和传感特性在传感过程中变化规律,进而获得基于耦合谐振器感应透明结构色散的高灵敏度传感方法,克服以上不足,为实现新型、高灵敏度的传感器件奠定理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: The optical sensing based on optical resonator structures with strong dispersion, which is beneficial for the realization of miniature and highly sensitive optical sensors, has become a hot topic in the domain of optical device. However, there are some shortcomings. The influences of the transmittance and modulation of input light on the sensing characteristics are ignored. The sensing characteristics change with measured variables and the frequency distribution of sensing sensitivity is heterogeneous. The shortcomings can result in large sensing errors or even sensing failures, so the developments and applications of the sensing technology are restricted. In this project, we investigate the sensing characteristics of the coupled resonator induced transparency structure, based on its advantages such as high transmittance, flexible design of dispersion and simplicity of the structure. Firstly, we investigate the influences of structure parameters on the dispersion of the coupled resonator induced transparency structure, and obtain the method of constructing strong dispersion in the structure. Then, we establish the sensing theoretical model based on the dispersion of the structure, and analyse the dispersion and sensing characteristics in sensing process.
