中文摘要: 切削颤振是严重制约制造业向高度自动化和精密化方向发展的一个重要因素,利用磁流变减振装置对众多工程振动现象进行控制的研究已较普遍。然而目前建立的磁流变液(MRF)力学模型由于对应用环境的依赖性较强,而阻碍了该技术的推广应用。本项目将根据流变学原理,结合磁流变液在不同磁感应强度下的性能测试数据,建立普适性较强的MRF非线性力学模型,并验证该力学模型在工程应用背景下的可靠性;将MRF的非线性力学模型引入车削系统中,建立并推导基于磁流变减振装置的车削系统动力学模型及微分方程,对磁流变效应引起的非线性变参数车削系统振动响应进行理论分析、模拟仿真和试验研究;为提炼抑制车削颤振的最佳电流参数,研究MR减振装置中励磁电流与系统参数之间的关系,据此进行车削颤振的磁流变减振试验。该项目研究涉及机械、电磁、材料等诸多学科,它的成功实现将为更有效地利用磁流变效应控制切削颤振以提高加工精度提供理论基础和实践指导。

英文摘要: Cutting chatter has seriously hampered the development of manufacturing to a high automation and precision, the researches on control the vibration in many engineering fields with magneto-rheological dampers have become more common. However, the current mechanical model of magneto-rheological fluid is still not perfect due to the nonlinear of MRF. Therefore, based on principles of rheology and combined with MRF performance test data under different magnetic induction intensity, a MRF nonlinear mechanical model will be established and its adaptability and validity will be verified under engineering applications; Introduced the model into turning system, the dynamics model and differential equations of turning system with MRF damping device will be established and derived, and the vibration response of turning system of nonlinear variational parameters caused by magnetorheological effect will be researched through theory,simulation and experiments; The relationship between the excitation current and the system parameters of MR damping device will be studied, the best current parameters for suppressing turning chatter will be ascertained, and the magnetorheological damping experiments of turning chatter will be performed.
