中文摘要： 本研究试图构建一个基于GIS（地理信息系统）和文化生态基因识别概念上的文化生态基因信息图谱分析模型。力求在全面分析我国民族传统聚落基本特点的基础上,从少数民族传统聚落文化生态基因挖掘与基因识别的角度，探索民族传统聚落文化与生态基因信息图谱的基本框架、模块划分、主要功能与技术路径；提出构建民族传统聚落文化生态基因信息图谱平台的内容、意义及其关键技术，为弘扬生态文化、推进生态文明、建设美丽中国提供科学依据和技术支撑。 研究意义：1、理论价值：引入并借鉴生物医学基因图谱学说,探讨文化与生态基因信息图谱模型的构建, 是一次崭新的理论探索，具有较好的理论创新价值。2、实践意义：构建民族传统聚落文化与生态基因信息图谱,有利于深入了解我国少数民族传统聚落的发生、发展规律，加强生态景观及民族文化多样性的保护，为民族传统聚落的旅游开发和可持续发展提供决策借鉴。

英文摘要： This research attempts to construct an analysis model of Ecological gene information atlas based on GIS and the concept of ecological gene expression and gene identification of traditional settlement, aims at seeking the basic framework, module partition, principal function and technical path of Ecological gene information atlas of ethnic traditional settlement, started from the view of ecological gene expression and ecological gene identification of minority traditional settlements on the basis of comprehensively analyzing the essential characteristics of Chinese ethnic traditional settlement, and proposes the content, significance and key technology of constructing the platform of Ecological gene information atlas of ethnic traditional settlement, to provide scientific basis and technical support for promoting ecological culture, driving on ecological civilization, and constructing a Beautiful China. Research significance: 1. Theoretical significance: This research references the gene mapping theory in biomedicine, proposes the concept of Ecological gene of ethnic traditional settlement and issue of constructing the model of Ecological gene information atlas, and is considered to be a new theoretical exploration with significant theoretical innovation value. 2. Practice significance: Constructing Ecological gene information atlas of ethnic traditional settlement is advantageous to understand the regular pattern of emergence and development of Chinese minority traditional settlement, to strengthen the protection of ecological landscape and diversely ethnic culture, and to provide decision-making references for promoting the tourism exploitation on ethnic traditional settlement and constructing a Beautiful China.
