中文摘要: 神经精神疾病在我国疾病总负担中排名首位,约占疾病总负担的20%。有效的控制神经精神类疾病可以改善我国国民的健康状况,降低我国的医疗支出。常用的神经精神疾病的治疗方法存在着有损伤或空间分辨率低的不足。低强度经颅超声脑刺激技术是近几年快速发展的一种新的脑刺激方法,它具有无损伤、高穿透深度和高空间分辨率优点。本项目使用不同参数的超声对大鼠脑神经进行刺激并记录脑电信号,对刺激前后脑电信号中神经元峰电位和神经网络局部场电位进行分析,从神经元、神经网络、神经元和神经网络同步关系、神经网络之间的同步关系四个层面多角度、多层次、系统综合的研究不同参数的超声对脑神经的刺激作用,探索优化的超声参数,为低强度经颅超声脑刺激技术在治疗神经和精神类疾病的临床应用中提供技术支撑。本研究将为低强度经颅超声刺激脑神经的方法应用到神经精神疾病的康复、脑科学和认知科学研究等领域打下坚实的基础。

英文摘要: Neuropsychiatric disorders, ranked first in the overall burden of disease, were accounting for about 20% of the total burden of disease. Effective control of neuropsychiatric diseases can greatly improve the health of our citizens’ life and reduce the country's medical expenses. The common therapies for neuropsychiatric disorders have the disadvantage of invasive or low spatial resolution. Low-intensity transcranial ultrasound technique fast developed in recent years is a new method for brain stimulation, and it has advantage of noninvasive high penetration depth and high spatial resolution. In our study, the ultrasound with different parameters was used to stimulate the brain tissues of rats. The neuronal peak potential and local field potentials of neural network were analyzed. A multi-angle, multi-level and comprehensive analysis of the ultrasonic stimulation for the nerve was developed in four levels from neurons, neural networks to the synchronization relationship between neurons and neural networks, the synchronization relationship between neural networks and neural networks. We analyze comprehensively the ultrasonic stimulation for the brain and optimize the ultrasonic parameters to supply the basis for parameter selection for the treatment of neurological and psychiatric diseases in clinic. This study will lay a solid foundation for low-intensity transcranial ultrasound brain stimulation methods using in rehabilitation, brain science and cognitive science and other neuropsychiatric disorders.
