中文摘要: 本项目设计与合成方酰胺功能单元修饰的新型柱[5]芳烃衍生物,一方面通过方酰胺功能单元与离子的良好络合能力与柱[5]芳烃大环具有的特定富电子空腔特性,借助超分子主客体作用力实现对离子性有机分子、离子对、双性有机分子等客体分子的有效识别,拓展识别新客体分子的种类与加强对已知客体分子的识别能力;另一方面,通过方酰胺的自组装与柱芳烃空腔对客体分子的包结作用形成二聚体,并在此基础上引入辅助基团进一步获得超分子聚合物与超分子弹簧聚合物。本项目将通过多种测试方法研究该柱芳烃衍生物的主客体识别与组装性能,以及通过外界调控来实现超分子聚合物的组装与解离,获得新型的超分子功能组装单元,探索其在超分子功能材料领域中的潜在应用。

英文摘要: The novel squaramide-based pillar[5]arene derivatives are designed and to be synthesized. These pillararene derivatives, based on the good binding affinity of squaramide unit for ions and the good binding affinity of pillararene moiety for some organic guests, can be applied for the recognition of ionic organic molecules, ion pairs and other organic guest molecules by the host-guest interaction, which will make pillararene derivatives recognize new organic guests and increase the binding affinity for known organic guests. On the other hand, based on the self-assembly of squaramide unit and the binding of pillararene moiety with some guests, pillar[5]arene derivatives can form dimer by self-assembly, which could furhter form supramolecular polymer and supramolecular spring by inducing extra functional groups. The recognition and self-assembling properties of such pillararene derivatives would be studied by various measuring methods to obtain the novel binding unit for the construction of supramolecular functional materials, which could be potentially applied into supramolecular materials areas.
