中文摘要: 针对制造阶段缺乏产品可靠性退化机理认知和分析方法,制约制造阶段可靠性技术的发展与应用,导致大量批产装备及产品出现可靠性退化,严重影响了装备交付和使用这一突出问题,项目首先从系统论的角度剖析制造系统可靠性与制造过程质量对产品可靠性的影响,提出制造过程产品可靠性退化模型和分析需求;建立以质量为中心的包括制造系统可靠性R、制造过程质量Q和产品可靠性R三者影响关系的QR扩展链RQR;基于QR扩展链正向因果传导关系,研究提出制造阶段产品可靠性退化机理分析方法;基于QR扩展链逆向果因驱动关系,研究制造过程产品可靠性退化抑制技术框架,突破产品合格概率驱动的制造系统可靠性保障技术与可靠性驱动的截尾特性控制图技术,实现设计可靠性指标在制造阶段的无损传递;最后,结合某典型机械产品制造过程,开展应用验证。该项目研究顺应制造系统工程理论与可靠性系统工程技术发展趋势,密切结合工程需求,具有重要的理论和工程价值。

英文摘要: Serious reliability degradation is infected in the domestic equipment after mass production, the inherent reliability of the produced equipment cannot meet the increasing strict requirements of reliability design, and the scheduled plan to delivery and use of the produced equipment is shelved, the key reason of the above problem is the lack of reliability technologies applying to manufacturing due to the vacancy of the degradation mechanism of the product reliability in the manufacturing process.To solve this problem, the impact of reliability of manufacturing system and quality of manufacturing process on the product reliability is analyzed based on the theory of systems engineering firstly, then the model and analyzing requirements of product reliability degradation in the manufacturing process are presented.The extened Quality & Reliability chain model including reliability of manufacturing system, quality of manufacturing process and reliability of the produced product is proposed.The analysis method of the degradation mechanism of the product reliability in the manufacturing process is founded based on the positive causal conduction relationship in extened Quality & Reliability chain.The technology framework to suppress the degradation of the product reliability in the manufacturing process is built based on the reverse driving relationship of cause and effect in extened Quality & Reliability chain,in order to achieve the lossless transfer of the design reliability in manufacturing process, the key suppression techniques including the maintenance method of manufacturing system driven by product qualified probability ,and control chart of the censored characteristic driven by product reliability are expounded.Finally, the validity of the presented methods is shown by application in a typical mechanical product manufacturing process.The project conforms to the development trends of the manufacturing system engineering theory and reliability system engineering technology ,and it aims at the actual demands of analysis and suppression of the product reliability degradation in manufacturing,the research results should be theoretical importance and practical significance .
