中文摘要: 移动社交网络(MSN)是社交服务与移动计算相结合的新兴研究领域,诸多基础性的理论和技术难题亟需解决,其中之一是如何提供高效数据传输机制以提高网络服务质量,增强业务保障能力。现有面向MSN的传输机制多基于传统蜂窝网络,导致用户社交关系的自由发展受到限制;并且未能有效利用用户社交信息,使得其传输效率不高,有待提升。本项目以移动自组织网络(MANET)作为MSN的通信架构,综合考虑MSN社交关系的方向性、差异性和动态性,提出适合MSN的动态重叠社区检测算法,设计面向MSN的多跳数据传输机制;除了运用仿真实验方法验证传输机制性能,还结合无线网络扩展律和复杂网络理论,建立MSN扩展律分析模型,给出MSN性能扩展律,提供传输机制可扩展性的理论评价指标。本项目将丰富社交网络的社区检测方法,发展MANET的协议设计思想,提供行之有效的MSN数据传输方案,从而推动MSN的进一步发展和普及应用。

英文摘要: Mobile Social Network (MSN) is an emerging research area crossing the domains of social network services (SNS) and mobile computing, with a large number of open problems in both theoretical and technical aspects. One important issue is how to provide the efficient data transmission schemes (DTSs) to improve the quality of network service. Most of the existing DTSs for MSN are based on cellular networks, and rarely utilize social information, which leads to the limited development of social relationships and the inefficiency of data transmission. In this project, we adopt the mobile ad hoc network (MANET) as the communication architecture for MSN, design the dynamic and overlapping community detection algorithms for MSN, and finally propose the multi-hop data transmission schemes for MSN, taking into account the characteristics of the social relationships in MSN, i.e., directed, weighted and dynamic. On the one hand, we conduct the extensive simulations to validate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed transmission schemes; on the other hand, combining scaling laws of wireless networks with the theory of complex networks, we establish the analysis model for the large-scale MSN, and present the results on scaling laws of MSN that can act as the theoretical metrics of the scalability of the transmission
