中文摘要： 中医血虚证是指血液不足，或血液的营养与滋润功能低下，表现为脏腑百脉失养的病理状态。目前对于血虚证的研究多以动物模型入手，偏向于血液不足的研究，主要以血红蛋白的量为现代研究的主要评价标准，而对血液的营养与滋润功能很少涉及，也就是说对血红蛋白的效上未能深入。本研究中，我们结合血红蛋白的量与效为一体，进行血虚证的评价方法研究：血红蛋白在量方面的研究，我们继续沿用目前的量化与评价方法稍作补充；血红蛋白在效方面的研究，则应用光谱技术，在无损的状态下检测血红蛋白与氧结合及解离的速度，分析血红蛋白给机体组织供应氧的能力，衡量血红蛋白的效，以其量与效的积来评价血液的整体营养功能，进行血虚证的诊断与评价。于研究中，我们发现了血红蛋白在520-580 nm之间的吸收率随着血氧分压的改变而呈现一种规律性的变化，通过它可以反监测组织的氧分压，这个可以用于中医学血瘀状态的色诊光学检测的应用。另外，中医色诊（包括舌诊）其实就是对机体外部气血状态的诊察方法，本研究结果对中医色诊的光学检测提供了理论指导。

英文摘要： In traditional Chinese medicine, syndrome of deficiency of blood refers to the hematopenia or the low function of hematological nourishment and replenishment, which appears a pathologic state that entrails and numerous vessels fail to be nourished. Much work has been performed on the hematopenia and usually regards the quantity of hemoglobin (Hb) as the major evaluation criterion of the deficiency of blood. However, few studies have been investigated the nourishment and replenishment of blood, which cannot describe the function of the blood. In this study, we carry out a research of judgement methods of syndrome of deficiency of blood, which combines the quantity and the function of Hb. In the quantity of Hb, the existing quantization and judgement methods was partially improved and used here; In function of Hb, the technique of Raman spectrum was utilized to detect the velocity which Hb integrate with oxygen (O2) or dissociate from it in a harmless state and analyze the capability of O2 which Hb supply to organism tissue for measurement the function of Hb. For undertaking the diagnosis and evaluation of syndrome of deficiency of blood, the whole trophic function of blood was evaluated by the the quantity and the function of Hb. In this study,we had a discovery that the optic absorptivity ratio of Hb at 520 - 580 nm will regularly diversify with the change of PaO2,which would provide an application for optical detection of complexional inspeciton for blood stasis syndrome. Fathermore, the results function of Hb in this study would provide the rationale for clinic investigation of complexional inspection and tongue inspction to examine the Qi and blood state in human tissues.
