中文摘要: 动脉粥样硬化是严重威胁人类生命和健康的疾病,其中易损斑块是造成急性血管事件的重要原因。对于斑块性质的判断,传统的X线血管造影无法完成,而其他影像学方法也有较大的局限性。磁共振成像可以显示斑块的各种成分,但是深部血管由于病变部位与表面线圈距离远,图像的信噪比低,无法获得斑块成分的有效信息。血管内磁共振线圈是将线圈做成导丝,经微创穿刺,放入靶血管,进行近距离的成像。期望能够获得高信噪比的图像。本项目拟自行研制血管内线圈(成像导丝),通过水模试验检测其成像信噪比并确定最佳成像部位。将成像导丝插入猪主动脉进行血管壁和斑块的成像,并与表面线圈和病理结果做对照,预期得到能够用于诊断斑块性质的高信噪比的图像。通过本项目研制的磁共振成像导丝不仅能解决深部动脉及斑块成像问题,使"易损斑块"得到及时诊断和治疗,避免急性血管事件的发生,还将为磁共振引导下的介入治疗和基因治疗创造条件。

英文摘要: Atherosclerosis is a serious threat to human life and health disease.The vulnerable plaque is the important reason causing acute vascular event.For determining the nature of the plaque,conventional angiography can not complete it.And the other imaging method also have the limitations. MRI can show the componant of the plaque,but because the distance between surface coil and deep vessels is far,The SNR is lower,so it is unable to obtain the effective plaque composition information.Intravascular magnetic resonance coil is designed guide wire,by minimally invasive puncture,and is put to the target vassel,getting the near imaging and hope to get high SNR imaging.The study developed intravascular coil through the phantoms to determine the best location.Comparied the surface coil and pathological results , Put the coil to the porcine aortic artery to acquide the wall and plaque nature imaging. Expeted to be able to get the high SNR imaging. The sdudy can solve the deep artery wall and plaque imaging,and also is easier to diagose and treatment,avoiding acute vascular events,and provide conditions for the intervention and gene therapy by the intravascular MRI guiding.
