中文摘要: 在脉冲熔化极气体保护焊(GMAW-P)过程中利用结构光反射法采集系列熔池表面反射条纹图像,着重获取强电弧笼罩下的熔池表面“凹坑”深度信息,并将系列熔池表面信息参数化和特征化。利用实测熔池形状信息,作为熔池数值模拟的初始条件,并以数值模拟为手段研究熔池内部动态行为机理。采用非线性系统辨识手段建立熔池表面信息和熔透之间的动态系统模型,将其与试验测量结果/数值模拟结果对比,深入研究GMAW-P过程中熔池动态行为及熔透控制系统的内在机理,并进一步讨论熔透实时控制策略。

英文摘要: In the pulsed gas metal arc welding (GMAW-P) process, a structured light reflection method is employed in sensing the weld pool surface, especially the depth information of “concavity” which is covered in a bright arc. Series of weld pool surface will be parameterized and characterized in GMAW-P. The weld pool surface measured in practice is used as an initial condition in numerical simulation in order to study the dynamics of weld pool in GMAW-P. Nonlinear system identification method is used to identify the weld penetration control system. Compared the identified system to the experimental /numerical results, the nature of the dynamic weld pool and weld penetration control system will be fully investigated, and the strategies for real-time weld penetration control will be discussed in depth.
