中文摘要: 土壤生物对周围环境的变化十分敏感,在陆地生态系统中对维持生物多样性和影响生物地球化学循环起着重要作用。在全球气候变化背景下,气候变暖、降水格局改变及其交互作用是否、如何影响土壤食物网的结构和功能并近一步影响陆地生态系统?本项目以2005年在北方温带典型草原建立的包括模拟增温和增雨野外控制实验为平台,观测土壤微生物和土壤动物类群、多度和群落结构在温度和水分同时增加条件下的变化,分别阐明短期和长期土壤食物网对气候变化的响应程度;运用碳稳定性同位素标记示踪技术,检验碳素在土壤食物网中的流动过程;利用长期测定的土壤温度、湿度、植物生产力、群落结构和多样性变量数据,揭示气候变化影响草原生态系统土壤食物网结构和功能的机理,阐明土壤食物网变化对全球变化的反馈作用。

英文摘要: Soil organisms are sensitive to environmental change. They play an important role in protecting biodiversity and influencing biogeochemical cycle. How can climate warming, precipitation pattern changing and their interaction affect the structure and function of soil food web and impact terrestrial ecosystem further under global change background? Based on the field controlled experiment including simulating warming and precipitation enhancement in northern temperate typical steppe established in 2005, the objectives of this project are: 1).To study the response degree of soil food web on global change in short-term and long-term, by measuring the change of trophic group, richness and community structure of soil microbes and animals under condition of temperature and moisture increasing simultaneously. 2).To detect carbon flowing process in soil food web using 13C stable isotope labeling and tracing technique. 3).To explore the mechanisms of global change influencing soil food web structure and function and feedback of soil food web changing on global change in temperate steppe, by measuring soil temperature, moisture, plant productivity, community structure and diversity.
