中文摘要: 目前,用于路面基层或者底基层的粒料永久变形在路面设计时没有设计指标和控制模型,而作为研究基础的粒料永久变形安定极限荷载的确定方法仍是空白,已有永久变形预估模型是否适用于我国的实际情况有待于商榷。本项目首先利用重复荷载三轴试验,研究粒料的永久变形安定行为,在此基础上建立粒料永久变形安定极限荷载的预估模型和粒料的永久变形预估模型;其次利用弹塑性力学理论,建立安定理论在路面结构力学分析中的数值模拟方法;最后,提出控制粒料层永久变形的设计指标,建立设计指标与设计轴载作用次数相关关系的控制模型。本项目所取得的研究成果对于我国沥青路面设计指标和设计方法的完善与修订具有重要的现实意义。

英文摘要: At present, unbound granular materials were widely used in pavement base or subbase .But the design index and the controlling model of permanent deformation of unbound granular materials were not created. At the same time , the determination method of shakedown limit loads of permanent deformation of unbound granular materials is still a blank, and it is questionable that the existing prediction models of permanent deformation are directly used in china. Firstly, based on repeated load triaxial tests,the shakedown behavior of unbound granular materials will be researched, and the prediction models of shakedown limit loads and the prediction models of permanent deformation will be created in the project. Secondly, the elastic-plastic mechanics theory will be used to build up numerical simulation methods when shakedown theory is used in the analysis of pavement structure mechanics;Finally, design index for controlling permanent deformation of unbound granular materials will be put forward, and the regression formulation between design index and design axis loading times will be created. Research achievements of the project will be beneficial to revision and improvement of design indexes and design methods in china.
