中文摘要: 气体检测是治理环境污染的重要依据,研制可检测多种气体系统的关键问题在于研制可宽带调谐的高性能激光器。提出利用光纤光栅外腔结构研制一种可实现5nm波长宽带可调谐激光器,并同时具备窄线宽、无跳模和kHz高频调制特性。如此宽的调谐范围可同时跨越多种气体的吸收峰,因此可将研制的激光器用于一氧化碳和二氧化碳两种气体的同时检测系统。此外,采取二次谐波与差分探测相结合的解调方法可提高检测精度,改进解调算法可提高信噪比和检测速度,最终实现高精度实时检测两种气体的目的。可通过更换该检测系统中激光二极管的波长实现其它多种气体的同时检测,以满足马路、工厂、居住小区等地区的污染气体监测的要求。

英文摘要: Gas detection is an important basis for environmental pollution management. High-performance broadband tunable laser is the critical issue for the system to detect a variety of gases. We proposed a fiber grating external cavity structure to achieve broadband 5nm wavelength tunable lasers with narrow linewidth and without mode-hopping and kHz high frequency modulation characteristics. This wide tuning range can across multiple gas absorption peak, and thus can be used in the development of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide sensing system. In addition, take the second harmonic of the differential demodulation method can improve the detection accuracy, the demodulation algorithm can improve the detection speed, and ultimately achieve the purpose of high-precision real-time detection of both gases. While a variety of other gases can be detected by replacing laser diode, this system meets the requirement for pollutant gas monitoring in road, factories, residential area.
