中文摘要: 随着大数据时代的到来,大规模动态覆盖信息系统知识约简成为覆盖粗糙集理论研究中具有挑战性的前沿课题。本项目主要研究内容:(1)基于特征矩阵和并行计算理论研究大规模覆盖近似空间中集合近似的计算,并提出大规模动态覆盖近似空间中计算集合近似的增量式方法。(2)利用特征矩阵、并行计算理论和增量式方法研究大规模动态覆盖信息系统的知识约简。(3)设计大规模动态覆盖近似空间中计算集合近似和大规模动态覆盖信息系统知识约简的增量式算法。本项目的研究不仅可以完善覆盖粗糙集理论,而且可以促进覆盖粗糙集理论在实际生活中的应用。

英文摘要: With the arrival of the era of big data, knowledge reduction of large-scale dynamic covering information systems is a challenging frontier topic in the research of covering-based rough sets. Our main research contents of this project mainly include three aspects as follows: (1) To compute approximations of sets in large-scale covering approximation spaces based on characteristic matrices and parallel computing, and construct approximations of sets in large-scale dynamic covering approximation spaces by using incremental approaches. (2) To construct knowledge reduction of large-scale dynamic covering information systems by using incremental approaches, characteristic matrices and parallel computing. (3) To present incremental algorithms of computing approximations of sets in large-scale dynamic covering approximation spaces and knowledge reduction of large-scale dynamic covering information systems. The research results will not only enrich covering-based rough set theory, but also promote the applications of covering-based rough set theory in practical situations.
