中文摘要： 以中国古代儒家经典古籍为基础，研究儒家伦理道德规范在投资者财富增值和正当权益保障中的作用。在研究过程中，以《周易》做为哲学和方法论指导，综合运用数理模型、计算实验和案例研究等方法，结合相关史料探索中国现代化进程中伦理道德规范与投资者财富增值和正当权益保护之间的互动关系。通过分析儒家人性假设对伦理道德规范和投资者保护法规之间边界的影响，探索人性假设与社会伦理规范有效性之间的关系。在具体数理模型方法选择的过程中，将运用近十年来出现的马尔可夫域变模型等，有助于研究成果的国际化。研究意义在于，结合中国传统文化特征，对儒家伦理与投资者保护的研究为探索提高中国资本市场投资者财富水平的可行路径提供理论指导；将儒家思想内涵的逻辑体系转换为可以运用现代数学方法描述的可重复可验证的模型，有助于探索中国古典管理思想的科学元素。

英文摘要： Based on the classic ancient books of Chinese Confucian school, to study the role of Confucian norm of ethics and morality in investor wealth added and legitimate rights protection. In the course of the study, choose the Book of Change as philosophical and methodological direction, synthetically employ research method such as Mathematics Models, Computational Experiment and Case Study, explore interactive relationship between norm of ethics and morality and legitimate rights protection and wealth added of investors in the course of the Chinese Modernization by integrating Historical data. Through analysis the role of assumption about human nature in Chinese traditional Confucian in the boundary between the code of ethics and investor protection regulations, explore the relationship between human assumptions and the effectiveness of the social and ethical norms. In the selection process of the mathematical model, we will apply the new mathematical international journal. The Significance is that, the research between Chinese Confucian ethics and investor protection can provide theoretical guidance for exploration the path of investors wealth add in China's capital market; transform the logical system of Confucian ideological into repeatable verifiable model described by modern mathematics, which help us to explore
