中文摘要: 在振动工况下,两物体间的摩擦及松散物料内部的摩擦呈现出与常规情况下极不相同的复杂特性。实践证明,振动工况下物体间的摩擦系数和摩擦力可以显著减小,零部件的磨损明显减轻,同时其耗能也会降低,工效可以得到大大提高。但有关振动摩擦机理及其非线性动力学特性的研究还很不深入,振动摩擦的物理机质还未被充分揭示。为进一步发挥振动和摩擦带来的益处,找到更具体明确的措施,本课题从实际出发,以提高振动摩擦所产生的功效为目标,以揭示振动摩擦的非线性动力学机理为内容,以非线性动力学、散体动力学、摩擦学为基础,以理论研究和实验相结合为手段,以工程中广泛使用并有重大经济意义的振动输送、振动沉桩设备为研究对象,分析固散耦合振动摩擦系统动力学机理,揭示振动摩擦的物理机质,研究振动摩擦非线性动力学特性,并将研究成果应用于工程实际,充分利用振动摩擦的益处来提高该类设备的功效,为提高国家能源利用、企业经济效益和社会效益做出贡献。

英文摘要: Friction of two objects or inner friction of loose materials in vibration case can present different characteristics that are different from conventional conditions. The practice shows that vibration can reduce friction coefficient and friction force of between two objects, lighten abrasion of objects, reduce energy consumption and increase greatly working efficiency. But untill now, the study on nonlinear dynamic mechanism of friction in vibration case is not fully revealed. For the detailed and definite methods to further use the benefit brought by vibration, from this actual condition, the object of this subject is to improve work efficiency brought by vibration, real physical essence and mechanism of vibration friction based on nonlinear dynamics and granular dynamics theory. Taking vibratory conveyor driving and vibration pile equipment as research objects, study on nonlinear dynamic characteristics of vibration friction and reveal the physical essence. Finally, applying theory obtained by research to engineering, striving to improve economic benefit and energy utilization of our country by making the best of benefit of vibration and improving work efficient of this kind of equipment.
