中文摘要: P-N型CuxO/TiO2(x=1或2)异质复合纳米材料由于结构中PN结的特殊作用,容易实现光生电子和空穴的有效分离,从而在金属的光生阴极保护等领域具有广阔的应用前景。然而,与其所具有的重要性相比,由于结构的复杂性以及合成技术的难度,使得人们对于CuxO/TiO2异质复合纳米材料的合成以及其对金属的光生阴极保护性能研究还很不够。目前报道的CuxO/TiO2异质结构的制备方法大多是在TiO2纳米结构表面沉积CuxO纳米粒子,采用其他物质的纳米结构为模板制备CuxO/TiO2异质纳米结构,目前还未见报道。另外,由于金属的光生阴极保护研究还处在探索阶段,目前还没有关于CuxO/TiO2异质纳米结构在金属防护领域应用的报道。本课题用自制的Cu(OH)2纳米结构为模板,采用外向包覆模板法,合成不同形貌和结构的CuxO/TiO2异质复合纳米结构,研究材料对金属的光生阴极保护性能。

英文摘要: CuxO/TiO2(x=1or 2)heterostructures have been considered to have potential applications in many fields, such as photogenerated cathodic protection of metals, which is due to the great contribution of PN junction exited in the heterostructures since it can effectively separate the photogenerated electrons and holes. However, compared to their importance, researches on CuxO/TiO2 heterostructures are very limited due to the complexity and difficulty to prepare and control the structures. Up to now, the fabrication of CuxO/TiO2 heterostructures mainly employs template-based methods using TiO2 nanostructures as templates. On the other hands, to the best of our knowledge, there has been no repot on using CuxO/TiO2 heterostructures for the photogenerated cathodic protection of metals so far. This research aims at fabricating nano-sized CuxO/TiO2 heterostructures using outward coating process on the surface of Cu(OH)2 nanostructures, and exploiting the photogenerated cathodic protection properties of the products to corrosion of metals carefully. Additionally, the relationship between the properties and morphologies and structures will be studied in detail.
