中文摘要: 半导体纳米晶具有特殊的物理性能和潜在的应用,对它的研究受到了人们广泛的关注。很多课题组都致力于研究单个半导体纳米晶,并利用其构建纳米器件,但是如何来控制单个纳米晶并将其组装到测试电极上,一直是个棘手问题,成为对单个纳米晶研究的最大瓶颈。本项目主要围绕具有异质结构的半导体纳米晶展开研究,利用胶体化学法合成纳米晶,采用微纳米加工技术制备具有纳米间隙的电极,结合介电电泳的方法,将单个半导体纳米晶从胶体溶液中提取出来并组装到特别设计的纳米电极上,最后对单个纳米晶的电学和光电性质展开各项研究,研究内容主要包括:1、介电电泳工艺的各个参数对纳米晶组装的影响;2、单个或几个半导体纳米晶的电学和光电性质,以及在外场作用下的物理性质变化;3、利用理论计算分析单个半导体纳米晶异质结构的能带结构和态密度等性质,外场对电子结构的调控规律,深入理解具有异质结构的单个半导体纳米晶电学输运和光电性能的物理本质。

英文摘要: Semiconductor nanocrystals have been studied extensively due to their excellent physical properties and potential applications. Investigating properties of single semiconductor nanocrystal and its capable of constructing nanodevice is a hot topic, but controllable assembling single nanocrystal into electrodes with nanogap is a very difficult work, which extremely hinders us from well understanding the physical mechanism of single semiconductor nanocrystals. In this proposal, we will focus on the semiconductor with heterostructure synthesized by colloidal chemical methods,micro/nanofabrication technique will be used to fabricate electrodes with nanogap, and then the nanocrystal will be assembled in to nanogap by using dielectrophoresis process. The electrical and optical properties will be studied systematically. The objects of this proposal are: 1. the effect of dielectrophoresis parameters on assembling results, 2.the electrical and optical properties of single or couple of nanocrystals, as well as the function of external field, 3. theoretical analysis the electronic structure,i.e. band structure and density of states, in order to deeper understand the physical mechanism of single nanocrystals hetrostructure.
