中文摘要: 通过对同步电机控制系统基本结构及特点、非交叉耦合型多电机传动系统的基本类型及特点等问题的研究,结合多电机传动系统广泛采用交流电机驱动、各轴负载扰动差异较大的特点,提出了一种交叉耦合型多电机传动结构,实现了良好的动态性能和静态性能。针对由多个永磁直线同步电机组成的多电机同步系统的特点,提出全速度范围内无传感器控制的方案。设计了无传感器PMLSM进给系统滑模变结构速度控制器和滑模变结构最优位置控制器,建立系统的仿真模型。通过仿真分析和实验验证,进一步验证了本项目提出的系统设计方案的正确性。该项研究将为基于交流永磁直线同步电机的多电机同步系统的机理研究和工程应用提供有效的建模和分析方法,具有重要的学术价值和广阔的实际工业应用前景。

英文摘要: Both the structure and characteristics of the synchronous motor control system, and the characteristics of non-cross-coupled multi-motor drive system are investigated in this project. Considering the uses of AC motor drives in multi-motor drive system and the large differences of the axle load disturbance,a new cross-coupled multi-motor drive system structures is proposed which can achieve good dynamic and static performance. Aimed to the performance of the multi-motor synchronous system which composed of multi-permanent magnet linear synchronous motor, a sensorless control method that based on the whole speed range is provided. A sliding mode speed controller and a sliding mode position controller are designed, and then the system's simulation model is built. Furthermore the validity of design scheme is confirmed by the analysis of simulation and the result of test. The results of the project will provide a valid model and analysis method which based on Mechanism Investigation and Practical Engineering Application for multi-AC PMSM. It has the important academic value and vast potential for future development.
