中文摘要: 工程材料阻滞系统在有效阻滞飞机,避免飞机冲出跑道事故的发生上,起到了越来越重要的作用。作为一种保障飞机安全和乘客生命的机场安全保障手段,在国内外得到了越来越广泛的应用。 本课题基于国内自主研发的EMAS系统,力求在EMAS核心层对飞机阻滞性能的理论研究上有所突破。在试验的基础上,对EMAS核心层的破坏形态进行了研究,提出了EMAS核心层对飞机阻滞过程中的破碎和溃缩两种形态,并实现不同阻滞宏观表象下的阻滞力计算方法,同时建立不同机型、速度和EMAS核心层密度下的阻滞力计算模型,建立阻滞距离计算的仿真软件。依据数值计算结果,实现对飞机受力情况的详细记录和分析,在满足飞机机身和机上人员安全的前提下,实现对EMAS在机场实际铺装结构的数值优化,为EMAS的机场铺装应用建立理论基础。

英文摘要: Engineered Material Arresting System (EMAS) used to arrest plane play more and more important roles to avoid the plane rushing out the runway. EMAS has been widely used in the world to protect airport security and the passengers. This project is based on the domestic independent research and development of EMAS system. We make every effort to make breakthrough in EMAS retardation capability and found two forms of the core layer in the arresting process based on the research of destroy state about EMAS core layer on the test, one is broken state and the other is collapse state, also we find the arresting force calculation method under the macro representation and at the same time, set up different type, speed and EMAS core layer density of resistance against calculation model, and establishment the arrest distance calculation simulation software. According to the numerical calculation results, we get the plane stress detailed record and analysis it, and to meet the aircraft fuselage and crew safe premise, and establish theoretical basis about EMAS airport pavement application.
