中文摘要: 以鄱阳湖水文-水质-水生态观测数据为基础,探讨流动水体大型浅水湖泊生境变化对氮磷循环的动力学机理、湖泊营养系统演变规律、藻类水华形成机制及其调控措施。1.针对鄱阳湖水流受长江影响强烈、水位消落幅度大、湖底水生植物丰富等特点,研究浅水湖泊水动力学机制、参数率定方法和求解技术;2.以湿地植被、水生动物和微生物作用下湖泊氮磷循环、消减规律与机制为基础,研究氮磷营养元素消减作用的大型浅水湖泊氮磷扩散动力学方程,探索有关参数率定的方法;3.建立浅水湖泊水动力学与氮磷循环动力学耦合数学模型,研究有效的数值求解技术;4.研究湖区流速、含沙量、温度、光照、氮磷浓度等生境条件影响藻类水华形成的机制、临界条件和时空演化规律;识别湖泊生境变化对湖泊氮磷循环影响显著因素与可控变量,研究湖泊氮磷循环的调控措施。为湖区污染负荷增加或水文条件改变时,调控湖泊富营养化、防治藻类水华发生、保护一湖清水提供决策依据。

英文摘要: The primary goal of this research is investigate the habitat change of a large shallow lake of flowing water system and its influences on kinetic mechanism of nitrogen-phosphorus , evolution law of lake nutrition systems, formation mechanism of algal bloom and its adjustment measures, based on observed hydrological-water quality-water ecological data of poyang lake. 1). According to the water flow of poyang lake was effected by changing flow of yangtze river, the wide range of water lever changing, the diversity of aquatic plants in sublacustrine, research on hydrodynamic mechanism of shallow lake, the technology of parameter calibration and the way of solution; 2). Based on mechanism of nitrogen-phosphorus cycle which was effected by wetland plants, aquatic animals, microorganism, study on nitrogen-phosphorus diffusion dynamic equation of large shallow lake of flowing water system which reflected the subduction process of nitrogen-phosphorus and other nutrient elements, and explores the technology of parameter calibration; 3). Build hydrodynamic- - nitrogen phosphorus diffusion dynamic coupled mathematical model of shallow lake, determined the effective technology of numerical solution; 4).
