中文摘要: 无砟轨道设计中未考虑或未充分考虑的极端气候,使轨道伤损快速发展从而影响轨道服役状态和高速行车。本项目研究极端温度、极端降水对无砟轨道的影响。通过现场调查、理论研究,进行无砟轨道压弯、拉弯、温度场、动荷载下含水裂纹等模型试验,以及砂浆性能、混凝土与砂浆复合试件冻融试验等,建立无砟轨道复杂约束多层连续钢筋混凝土结构稳定性、裂纹性状及板状结构翘曲计算模型与方法,建立列车动荷载与水(含冻雨)作用下无砟轨道含水裂纹流固耦合分析模型,建立沙粒充填裂纹后无砟轨道振动环境下的受力计算方法。对极端气候下无砟轨道变形、伤损机理及影响因素进行系统地计算分析。建立列车-伤损无砟轨道耦合动力学计算方法,评估轨道伤损对高速行车和轨道服役状态的影响,结合现场试验和理论研究,提出极端气候下轨道伤损的控制对策与措施。

英文摘要: Extreme climates, which have not been sufficiently taken account into the design of non-ballasted track, usually lead to the rapid deterioration of track that affects the service performance of track and high-speed train operation. This project will focus on the influence of extreme temperature and extreme precipitation on non-ballasted track. The field investigations and theoretical researches will be carried out. A series of non-ballasted track model experiments will be carried out, such as compression bending experiment, stretch bending experiment, temperature model test, and dynamic experiment with water-containing cracks. In addition, the main material properties will be tested, including mortar properties and freeze-thaw properties of concrete-mortar composite samples. The calculative models and methods of structural stability, crack state and plate warping of continuous non-ballasted track with complex constrains, the fluid-structure interaction model of non-ballasted track with water-containing cracks under the action of train load and water (or freezing rain), the mechanical analysis method of non-ballasted track with sand-stuffing cracks under vibration will be built. The object of these experiments and theoretical researches is to systematically analyze the stress distribution, deformation, damage mechanism and influence factors of non-ballasted track under extreme climates. The calculative method on the vehicle-track coupling dynamics will be established to evaluate the influence of track damages on high-speed train operation and track service performance. According to the field experiments and theoretical researches, the control measures on non-ballasted track damages will be put forward.
