中文摘要: 提出一种MC/C/C多相复合材料微结构精细化设计的思路:难熔金属碳化物形态及难熔金属碳化物纳米线分布的控制。本项目通过微波水热和原位合成技术将ZrC纳米线引入C/C材料中制备ZrC/C/C多相复合材料,克服了传统方法引入ZrC颗粒的缺点,有效协调和平衡材料化学侵蚀与机械剥蚀之间的矛盾,从而实现ZrC/C/C多相复合材料的微烧蚀。提出ZrC/C/C多相复合材料微结构的精细化设计,通过调控微波水热参数,实现ZrC纳米线形貌、分布的可控,针对复合材料中纤维-基体界面、碳基体不同部位的烧蚀机理,设计不同的碳化物纳米线分布结构,发挥出碳化物纳米线的最大增强潜能,从而提高ZrC/C/C多相复合材料的烧蚀性能。该项研究有望取得C/C复合材料抗烧蚀性能的新突破,对解决C/C材料微烧蚀技术屏障具有重要意义。

英文摘要: A novel MC/C/C multiphase composite is raised in this item, which focuses on the delicate microstructure design and then the ablation property control by adjusting the shape and dispersion morphology of MC phase. Concretely, ZrC/C/C multiphase composites with excellent ablation properties have been fabricated that appeases the conflict between chemical erosion and mechanical denudation of traditional C/C doped with granulated ZrC, resorting to introducing ZrC nanowires into C/C composites by microwave-hydrothermal method and in-situ synthesis. According to the ablation characteristics of C/C composite, the item designs and then controllably introduces ZrC nanowires with different shapes and dispersion morphologies respectively into the fiber/matrix interface and the carbon matrix by adjusting technological parameters, which maximizes the ablation properties of ZrC/C/C multiphase composites. This research is meaningful to realize the slight ablation damages and to greatly improve the ablation properties of C/C composites.
